- Keeping Active - exercise releases chemicals in your brain that makes you feel good.
Regular exercise can boost your self esteem and help you concentrate ,it also helps you sleep better look and feel better.
- Talking about your feelings - speaking to someone you trust can help you emotionally, when feeling troubled, share your problems to help you release them.
- Keeping in touch with friends and family - our family and friends are very important, keep in touch and touch base from time to time, our lives can be very busy and stressful so it's good to take time out.
- Take a break - a change of scene or a change of pace, it could be a five minute break a half an hour or even better a weekend away.
Just a few minutes can help to de-stress, just breathe and relax.
- Do something you love doing - enjoying yourself helps stress and boosts self esteem, it could be listening to music, a walk in nature, a favourite hobby , a good book or film, this all helps to wind down and relax.
